Welcome to Hillary Elite House's Heat development page. You can see and gain knowledge of how we, Donmoon Dobermans Kennel managing our dream combination. More detail of the combination.

We knew that her heat is around the corner. So we made all necessary arrangement for an Artificial Insemination. Actually, we did her health check, all blood test, and all vaccination her prior her expected heat date on the last week of November. As well we dewormed her on the third week of January. That's all what we have to do prior her heat time.  

On February the 2nd. we saw some clear discharge on Hillary vagina. That the sign of her early estrus. On February the 4th., we saw bleeding and on February the 8th. which considered the 5th. day of her heat, A series of vaginal smears were taken daily from day 5 her heat.

On February 10, 2012, which considered the 7th. of her heat cycle we did the 1st. progesterone test in combination with daily vaginal smear. The progesterone level = 0.82 ng/ml.

Again, On February 13, 2012, which considered the 10th. of her heat cycle we did the 2nd. progesterone test in 
combination with daily vaginal smear. The progesterone level = 1.43 ng/ml. 

Again, On February 13, 2012, which considered the 10th. of her heat cycle we did the 2nd. progesterone test in 
combination with daily vaginal smear. The progesterone level = 2.00 ng/ml. We epected the ovulation should occured in another 3 days which is February 18, 2012 and the progesterone level should be around 4 - 10 ng/ml. 

The Artificial Inseminations have been done on February 20 and 21, 2012 while the progesterone level are 27.4  and 31.6 ng/ml. respectively.
